Buying at Auction

1) Register Your Buyer with Realty Auction Services*

* Buyers must be registered with Auction Company by 5 pm the day prior to the auction.

2) Your Buyer Buys any Auction Property within One Year*

* Your properly registered Buyer is protected by your registration with the Auction Company. Forms can be downloaded at www.rasnw.com.  Download the Broker Registration Form, fill out in its entirety, sign and have your client sign and fax back to 866-902-4747 by 5:00 pm the day before the auction.  The only way you loose your client is if they change Real Estate Agents and that agent is now representing them at Auction Company Auctions.

3) Deposit Your Commission Check at Closing*

Commission is paid to the Listing and Selling broker, as per the terms of the Listing Contract.

Selling at Auction

1) Register Your Seller with Realty Auction Services*

* You make the initial contact with us concerning your Seller.  You will have no competition from Auction Company Agents.

2) Your Seller Sells any Auction Property within One Year*

* Your properly registered Seller is protected by your registration with the Auction Company. Your registered Sellers are protected for one full year with the Auction Company. If they sell any property within one year from registration, you will be the Listing Agent, unless that Seller has changed agents. After one year you can re-register your client year after year. The only way you loose your client is if they change Real Estate Agents and that agent is now representing them at Auction Company Auctions. Any Seller will be represented at the Auction by the last registered Real Estate Agent.
