You must be registered to bid. A $5,000.00 (five thousand dollar) non-refundable deposit will be required from the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction. Deposit must be in the form of cashiers check, or pre-approved check. A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine final contract price.
